the enchanted collection | faqs
q: What do I need to provide that you don't provide in the enchanted collection?
A: Your officiant & alcohol (if desired). both are linked in our recommended vendor list!
Q: how many can the cottage sleep?
a: while designed for the couple, the cottage can sleep 4. children are allowed, however we recommend adults only.
Q: where will my guests stay?
A: we have an extensive list of local hotels and airbnbs for you to send to your guests.
Q: WHAT ARE MY FOOD OPTIONS?
A: our in-house caterer will take care of you! YOU'LL DISCUSS THE MENU AND ANY DIETARY NEEDS.
Q: how do the styling services work? do i need to supply the decor?
A: that's the beauty of the enchanted -- you don't need to provide a single thing, unless you have personal, sentimental items you'd like to include. we want to see your vision, your colors, your inspiration boards. we supply all the decor items so you don't have to go out and buy them. we'll make sure everything is set up for you, according to your vision. after it's over, we'll make sure personal items go home with you as well.
q: when are the on-site coordinators there?
a: they will be with you for 2 hours for the rehearsal dinner and 6 hours on the wedding day.
q: this is a destination wedding for us! what is there to do locally?
A: in our vendor list, there's a link that has dozens and dozens of local things to do!
Q: can my dog(s) be with us?
A: We love our fur babies! There is a $250 pet fee per pet for the cottage. Dogs who are hyperactive, like to chew and are not potty-trained are not permitted.
q: What does this package cost?
A: The investment is $45,000. WHOA, THAT'S A BIG NUMBER! When you break down everything it includes, it's roughly $1875 per vendor/service. for the full weekend. For two wedding venues, coordination, custom florals, custom decor, custom styling, rehearsal dinner venue, dinner, drinks, dessert for two nights, photography, videography, overnight stays, lighting, china... whew! and so much more! And, we do everything for you. not too shabby!
Q: Anything else we should know?
A: we have 1 weekend set aside for the enchanted per month for our peak months - April, may, june, september and october. this collection is also available during the week if you'd like! please note that a weekend enchanted date is not available in april 2024, may 2024 and october 2024. weekdays are available!
