We’d love to host your wedding at our greenhouse! The greenhouse is located at our home in Forest, Virginia. The maximum occupancy is 50 guests. This does not include the couple, your vendors or lap children. Friday-Sunday dates are reserved for packages using our in-house vendors.
Please note: You are not required to use our in-house vendors to book your wedding! The only requirement is selecting a base package. After that, you have complete flexibility! Let our fairies handle it with our in-house services, bring in your preferred vendors or handle elements yourself with a DIY approach.
Don't quite see the package you're wanting? Not a problem! The fairies can easily put together a custom package for you. All pricing is subject to change.

Custom decor & styling
Send us your inspiration and we'll make sure it's done and completed according to your unique vision on the wedding day. We provide all the decor, setup and tear down.
If styling services are not added, it will be up to you to do any additional decorating or styling for the ceremony/reception. This may only be done on the wedding day 2 hours prior to the ceremony.
We provide all the decor and take care of setup + teardown for the ceremony site. All according to your unique vision! We also set up your gift/welcome table for your guests.

Our most popular add-on - the most romantic reception setup you've ever seen. Your reception tables will be filled with real candles, oil lanterns, tapers, tea lights and more. At twilight we light them, giving you all the romantic, fairytale vibes.

If you want to add an extra romantic touch to your reception, our bistro lighting packages are perfect for that! We recommend adding this option on BEFORE you send a ceremony start time out to your guests. You'll have an end time of 9:00pm to really enjoy the effects of this lighting.

Bistro lighting
Many greenhouse couples are adding 2 night's of stay to their greenhouse package. This allows you to check in the day before and wake up the morning of in the cottage. Hair/makeup can come to you and you'll have the day to get ready. When it's greenhouse wedding time, our coordinators will come down and get you. You'll have the evening at the greenhouse and go back down to the cottage for your honeymoon night!
Adding the cottage on also opens up a new realm of photo/video opportunities and possibilities!

The Enchanted Cottage
Please note: The cottage was built to be a private, stressless, restful place for the couple to get ready and honeymoon. Your full greenhouse guest count is not permitted at the cottage. Please select up to 10 humans (this would include the couple, invited guests and vendors) to be present with you at the cottage while getting ready.
Please note: Due to Virginia Lodging laws, an additional $246 per night will be added to your proposal. Virginia Sales Tax is 5.3% and per Bedford County, the Virginia Transient Lodging Tax is 7%. This applies to any package that includes overnight stays as well. This is only applied to your selected amount of overnight stays, not the full proposal amount.

For weddings held on Friday - Sunday or holidays, there is a $20,000 minimum spend requirement. You can reach this minimum by selecting multiple in-house services you just read about above, such as our florals, photography, decor/styling or the cottage. If your selections fall below the minimum, we are happy to offer a Monday - Thursday, which we often do!
A truly all-inclusive package. This collection includes everything we offer:
Use of both wedding venues (greenhouse + cottage) for the full weekend, coordination services, florals, decor, styling, photography, videography, meals and more. The only thing you need is your officiant and alcohol (if desired.) The investment is $60,000. If you're interested in this package, please request a separate brochure.
