If styling services are not added, it will be up to you to do any additional decorating or styling for the ceremony/reception. This may only be done on the wedding day 2 hours prior to the ceremony.

Our most popular add-on - the most romantic reception setup you've ever seen. Your reception tables will be filled with real candles, oil lanterns, tapers, tea lights and more. When your reception begins, we light them, giving you all the romantic, fairytale vibes.

If you want to add an extra romantic touch to your reception, our bistro lighting packages are perfect for that! We recommend adding this option on BEFORE you send a ceremony start time out to your guests. You'll have an end time of 9:00pm to really enjoy the effects of this lighting. The Enchantry has lighting included.

Many greenhouse couples are adding 2 night's of stay to their greenhouse package. This allows you to check in the day before and wake up the morning of in the cottage. Hair/makeup can come to you and you'll have the day to get ready. When it's greenhouse wedding time, our coordinators will come down and get you. You'll have the evening at the greenhouse and go back down to the cottage for your honeymoon night!

Adding the cottage on also opens up a new realm of photo/video opportunities and possibilities!

Please note: The cottage was built to be a private, stressless, restful place for the couple to get ready and honeymoon. Your full greenhouse guest count is not permitted at the cottage. Please select up to 10 humans (this would include the couple, invited guests and vendors) to be present with you at the cottage while getting ready.

Please note: Due to Virginia Lodging laws, an additional $246 per night will be added to your proposal. Virginia Sales Tax is 5.3% and per Bedford County, the Virginia Transient Lodging Tax is 7%. This applies to any package that includes overnight stays as well. This is only applied to your selected amount of overnight stays, not the full proposal amount. 

Most of our couples are from out of state!  Hotels/airbnbs, officiants, caterers, local restaurants, hair/makeup, things to do, etc. all tried and true, all offering expert services.
