Then we miscarried. In June 2017, I woke up with an idea. Greenhouse. I want to build a greenhouse. My husband made it his personal mission and he made it happen. We designed it ourselves. We were outside for 7 months, just the two of us, placing each individual piece with our own hands. Our fingerprints are pressed into the wood. Our blood, sweat and tears are mixed into the foundation. I've touched every single leaf and petal of every single plant and flower that calls it home. The greenhouse is an extension of my heart and soul. It shows us that there is good that comes from the bad and is a reminder of God's promises and His Perfect Plan.
It's so much more than just a greenhouse. We found out we were pregnant with our rainbow the day it was completed inside its's walls. While it was never built for weddings, it's grown to be a micro-wedding venue. Couples say 'I do' here and for us, that's incredibly special. From pain comes beauty. From death, new life.

While it must stay true to the signature structure that defines our brand, your version can carry its own fingerprint as well, making it unique for you but still highly recognizable. This does not include the cottage design, lodging model or Enchantry. It is recommended to include the Enchantry and overnight option within your business model to fully maximize the brand and income potentials.

the investment
Licensing Vaughan House requires a mid–five-figure investment, a reflection of the years, resources and experience we have into building something unique and extraordinary.
From there, revenue flows with a 80/20 split. You keep 80% and Vaughan House receives 20% for continued brand use, support and guidance.
We ask our licensees to treat this not as a shortcut, but as a stewardship. You are carrying forward a name that has been carefully built, nurtured and protected. Respecting that legacy is part of the privilege of joining Vaughan House.
Limit 1 per state. Virginia, Texas, North Carolina and Colorado not available.
We would never expect you to make an investment without clarity and confidence. It’s important to us that you feel fully informed and secure in your decision, with a clear understanding of the potential this opportunity holds for you and your business.
Our process begins with a phone call, where we’ll get to know each other and determine if this opportunity feels like the right fit on both sides. If we mutually decide to move forward, we’ll provide an NDA. Because we are highly protective of our financial data and proprietary systems, the NDA is required before sharing details.
Once that’s in place, we are glad to provide a comprehensive report, including annual revenue, expenses, and profit/loss statements.
